I
aim to make your stay in
my property as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Detailed below are the
terms of the agreement between you, the lodger and the
owner or their representative, hereinafter called "the
owner" |

1- How to book
You must contact me before making a booking to obtain confirmation of
availability and a provisional reservation will be made.
The completed and signed booking form and a non refundable deposit of 30%
must be sent to me within 7 days.

2- Arrival and departure
During July and August I let from saturday to saturday only.
Flexible start/end dates can be arranged during the rest of the year. Albuca is
always available from 4 pm onwards on the day of arrival and must be vacated by
10 am on the day of departure.

3- Payment
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be paid within 7
days of making your provisional reservation.
The balance must be paid on your arrival to the property.

Security deposit
A security deposit of 300 euros is required . This amount will be cashed
on your arrival to the property.
The cost of any dammage caused by you and/or members of your party including
occasional visitors (and pets if applicable) will be deducted from the security
deposit.

5- Number
of people using the property
The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed the number
of people on the booking form unless otherwise agreed with me beforedhand.

6- Responsibilities
The lodger must keep the property including all furniture, fittings, equipments and
grounds in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was
found. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security
deposit for any extra cleaning.
The lodger shall report to the owner without dela any defect(s) in the
property or breakdown in equipment, or appliances in
the property or garden. Arrangements for repair or remplacement will be made
as soon as possible.

The
owner shall not liable to the lodger :
- for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public utilities, nor in
respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the property or
garden.
- for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather
conditions or other matters beyong the control of the owner.
The property owner is not liable :
- for any accident or injury which may be
incurred by anyone in or around the property.
I would also like to remind you to ensure that
all members off your party have full insurance coverage for the period of
your vacation.

7- Pets
Pets are allowed only with my explicit prior permission. In that case, the
security deposit will be increased oby 100 euros per pets. If you do not
inform me of your wish to bring pet(s), I reserve the absolute right to request
that either the
pets be placed in local kennels for the duration of your stay or your
removal from the property without refund or compensation.
Pets are not allowed to stay alone inside the house at any time..

8- Notes
I remind you that my property is located in rural France. On occasions, certain
flora or fauna may present in inacceble places such as eaves, attics and
outbildings. Visitors are reminded that this is a normal
part of country life and curative actions to eredicate such pests would only
be untaken if deemed to be
a serious nuisance. |
