In the morning  we will cook together a traditional french country main course.

You will be free to enjoyed your afternoon while I finish cooking.

After a nice walk in the nearby countryside you will be able to enjoy intimately your own French meal in the evening.

A week in Perigord and you go back with your " foies gras and confits". I will show you how to cook "foie gras" and "confits".

From  mid-october to March, other weeks and short stays possible on request.

Package included :  3 half-day cookery courses, sterilization

Out of package : ducks, pork and jars.

 

 

vCookery course  "marrons glacés"v

 

October
From Friday evening to Monday evening. Other short stay possible.

Friday evening: A soup will welcome you in the gite.
Saturday morning : gathering chestnuts and perhaps mushrooms in the woods.
Saturday afternoon : peeling chestnuts .
Sunday : End of peeling  et mis au sirop pour confire.
Monday in the end of afternoon : " marrons glaces" are now ready. Degustation.

(you take back with you all your own products - at least 1kg chestnuts intact and broken)
